Lot Of (25) 1961 Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame Signed First Day Covers FDC

In 1961 the United States Postal Service issued a 4 cent stamp in honor of Dr. James Naismiths 100th birthday. For years, the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame in Springfield, Massachusetts would have Hall of Famers and guests at the Hall of Fame sign these First Day Covers to sell in their gift shop as a means to raise money for the museum. Offered is a group of 25 different signed FDCs. This would be a great starter lot for a Basketball HOF autograph collection or lucrative dealer lot.
