Offered is a rare Hack Wilson single-signed baseball from The Geddy Lee Collection. This Official National League (Heydler) ball has been signed on the sweet spot by Wilson with a steel-tipped fountain pen. The signature is from Wilson’s playing days. Hack Wilson single-signed baseballs are rare, and signatures from his playing days are even more rare. The ball has blue and red stitching and dates from 1928-33. The ball is unused with light toning throughout. Wilson played 12 seasons in the majors for the Giants, Cubs, Dodgers, and Phillies. He holds the MLB record for RBIs in a season with 191 and was inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 1979. Comes with a full LOA from JSA. The ball also comes with a letter of provenance signed by Geddy Lee.
