After a steady rise from expansion doormats in 1988-89, and a surprising playoff victory over the Boston Celtics in 1993, the Charlotte Hornets had entered the NBA’s elite. With home sellouts every game, and a roster that battled hard night-in, night out, the team emerged as one of the Eastern Conference’s finest in 1994-95, the year this poster was published.

Featuring superstar big men Alonzo Mourning and Larry Johnson, as well as mighty-mite point guard Muggsy Bogues, this poster reflects the style and attitude that captured the heart of the Carolinas in the mid-1990s.
