Used by the Bus in practice and training, during his early days with the Pittsburgh Steelers, to maintain his All-Pro skill set which would one day earn him eternal residency in Canton. Nike Air Zooms display white/black colorway with gray accents, Velcro straps, and “36” player identifiers in faded vintage black sharpie on the heel of each shoe. The insoles have been removed for Bettis’ orthotics and the tagging confirms size (“13”) and “Sample” status.
